RareChems.com (Trusted Shop Review with Video)

RareChems web shop in February 2020

RareChems.com started their business in 2019 in the Netherlands. They are one of the retail shops affiliated with Lizard Labs, a manufacturer and wholesaler of Research Chemicals.

In their retail-shop they do not only offer self-made products, but also source from Chinese labs as everybody else does. What makes them different is that they might use their knowledge and lab equipment to purify a substance to make it a quality product, as recently seen with their 5-MABP. Well, at least once, they did that. They sell disappointing products as well. They usually perform no additional testing on the chems they order from China and rely on lab certificates by Chinese manufacturers as most (but definitely not all) shops do.

The SI thing

RareChems desperately want to be acknowledged as a former partner of the Spanish web shop SI, which might be a good marketing strategy, but still seems unusual, since SI (Scientific Innovation) was, according to Europol, an organized criminal group that got busted in 2018 for selling drugs, Research Chemicals, medication and Steroids on both the internet and on the Darknet. I didn’t follow any news about the process, but since eight of them were arrested at least some of them could stay in prion for longer, I assume.

The SI Bust

Spanish RC vendor SI aka Scientific Innovation got busted on June 28, 2018
Music: Archers of Loaf – White Trash Heroes

Europol confiscated millions of Euros (in cash, from a bank account and from Bitcoins wallets). Law enforcement also confiscated 10 luxury cars, and three properties. You might remember the news headline “biggest LSD-found ever in Europe”. According to Europol, the confiscated drugs would have been worth 12 Million Euros if they had been sold.

Scientific-Innovation created a couple of shop fronts to let the money spin in circles until it disappeared for tax collectors (e.g. Cresson Consulting). This is a common thing with many drug dealers.

How SI got busted

SI had a delivery success rate of almost 100% with many countries. They shipped almost worldwide (to a hundred countries) with the exception being Africa.

The police work started after a letter of theirs had been confiscated in Germany.

Another mistake of theirs was not reading Austrian legislation on NPS and scheduled substances. Although they say they had gotten the OKAY for their plans with maintaining one web shop (sarms-supply) from Lower-Austria (near Vienna), they obviously had not understood that there was more than a single legislation on drugs and NPS in Austria.

To make a long story short: The family clan’s IT expert was from Austria and took orders for the web shops. From his beautiful house in the district Korneuburg.

The law, however, did not allow trading NPS, he must have made a thinking mistake there. He thought he was not allowed to ship within Austria, but in fact, trading NPS was completely illegal, selling drugs in Austria could mean prison for up to 6 years if it was considered organized crime.

RareChems say they, together with SI, had set new standards in the scene by developing a method to assure that all their chemicals were almost a hundred percent pure. In fact, SI indeed did sell very potent chemicals.

RareChems, however, seem better friends with cutting agents than with SI’s pureness philosophy.

The story of the two of them cooperating does not necessarily have to be a lie, SI was also active in the Netherlands (Dutch and Spanish customs do no routine checks, you could import pretty much everything to these countries.)

If they were partners, then part of the confiscated money may have belonged to them but they would be afraid to ask for it. Hilarious!

Back to the shop and its products

Pros

  • Decent quality
  • Best A-PHP on the market
(update Summer 2020: Not any longer. A-PHP is dead)
  • Really friendly and entertaining communication
  • They desperately want to be seen as a professional vendor and send you quality bags, and add multiple pages of a material safety data sheet to each order and they label their bags properly.
  • Also, they ship as soon as your payment has arrived.

Cons

  • Their prices seem pretty high, there are basically no discounts for larger orders of 5 or 10 grams available.
  • Their O-DSMT was extremely weak, they added way too much cutting agent, which might ironically be okay again, because internet shops shouldn’t tempt their customers into buying Opiates in the first place…
  • In January 2020, they started shipping to the USA. They export scheduled drugs to the USA but also to Germany right now (April 2020). We will see how long Americans will accept this.
  • Some of their products seemed a bit too mild, especially given the tidy prices they charge.

Please take care: Importing scheduled substances may have a negative impact on your further life! If the package gets confiscated by customs, you are in trouble!

Wow, ten pages of material safety data sheet attached to each order, these guys must be pros. Well, wait a minute: Never judge a book by its cover!

So let’s have a closer look at this Material Safety Data Sheet

Click the images to enlarge them.

Now that was fun, wasn’t it?

So we know now that RareChems add worthless Material Safety Data Sheets to their orders. This is a classic marketing strategy: Some add vouchers, some add stickers, some add Safety Data Sheets to try to build trust, customers are not reading the paper anyway.

But who are Papillon Essence, the company that issued this ridiculous Safety Data Sheet waste of paper that RareChems attach to orders?

Papillon Essence – Are they even a real company?

Click the images to enlarge them.

Please Find a detailed portrait of Egor B.’s Papillon Essence B.V. company on bedrijvenmonitor.info (English translation available), and compare it to how he himself describes Papillon Essence B.V. on papillonessence.com

Maybe mind the sentence quote “At the registered address of Papillon Essence B.V. a total of 294 companies are located.”

Please promise me not to ever fall for the glossy image that modern drug dealers use to make themselves seem like they were professionals.

Don’t expect the average drug dealer to share common ethics like you and me would do. If you thought drug dealing was a business like any other, then maybe think again.

Conclusion

Back to RareChem’s supply: Even though some of their products seem a little too mild, and their prices are pretty expensive, all in all, they deliver decent quality and surprisingly the by far best A-PHP on the market, at least until Spring 2020.

A solid choice so to say. Still, they are laughing at you for believing their marketing tricks and because you only accept their high prices because they have a nicely designed web shop and you believed in them offering products of higher quality therefore.

Well, live and learn…

Please do not order substances from them that are scheduled drugs in your country! Just because RareChems and Lizard Labs don’t care about the law, doesn’t mean you need to act likewise.

Compliance info

Egor B. and his company Papillon Essence had almost two months time to explain to me why he would make up weird lies for his website and what he would actually work.
He simply ignored me although I offered him to collaborate on the article.

Nonetheless, it’s a good laugh and shows how shady the RC Industry would sometimes act.

Lizard Labs’ response will be added asap.

Corrections proposed by
Lizard Labs

  • Of course, the Material Safety Data Sheet is useless. It always shows the same properties for a fantasy chemical, no matter what or how much you have ordered. But first of all, I don’t like the sound the printer makes and therefore want to keep it as short as possible; And second, as long as no one complains we will definitely not fix a thing.
  • I do not see whom would be helped mentioning Egor [ B. from Papillon Essence, editor’s note ]. He is a fine guy and even though he is not a chemist in the sense that he would have been at a University, he still is able to work with chemicals. In the future, however, we will just put our own name on the sheet instead of his. He is a good guy.
  • No, we do not ship illegal substances to Germany on purpose. After an update of the shop system, I could not find the settings menu anymore. Actually, I didn’t even know. I will have a look at it.
  • Do you really believe SI were criminals? All they did was selling drugs! Guardia Civil had been so mean to them, they took them away everything. They have children!
  • You should not simply believe what police are telling, try to find out the truth! Those were fine people, it is a shame what the Spanish police have done to them. They did nothing illegal. So they used some standard paragraph about handling toxic substances against them. They were the number one in the world, it was a legal business, but they were treated like criminals. It’s a shame what happened to the family. They lost everything.
  • SI did not make millions with selling drugs, in fact, they started investing in Bitcoins early [ and in virtual gold which they also accepted as payment method when still operating under the name ARC-Research, editor’s note ] and made good money with that. The figures police are communicating, don’t believe them!
  • It is not true what EMCDDA keeps telling, SI did not have a lab in the Netherlands, only a warehouse. We used to be their partners, it was our lab.

UPDATE 08/2020

  • RareChems do not ship scheduled substances to Germany and the USA anymore. Also, they were forced not to ship to the UK anymore.

  1. In defense of Syntex Synthetics (Lizard Labs)

I don’t understand your complaints about the MSDS, under federal law in the US ALL suppliers of any “new” chemical under the TSCA are required to supply MSDS, yet not listing hazards is a serious issue as the DDSTox database lists a-PHP as acute toxic and must be labeled as such. Also as to them shipping scheduled drugs to the US, shame on them! However, they are a Dutch company and have NO obligation to adhere to the regulations of a foreign power like the US in that regard other than when it comes to truthfully filling out customs declarations.

    Further additional info worth adding.

You mention that they shipped to the US and Germany, yet forget to mention that until VERY recently they still shipped to the UK!! Also LL is a wholesaler so obviously the business dealings of the company are going to be more dirty as they would be responsible for purchasing chems from Chinese labs that are made in unsafe factories by Uyghur slave laborers. But PLEASE remember that this means they also supply many vendors that aren’t scummy like Chemlogix, TIS, and Gr8RC-EU.

    1. Hi Joe,

You needed to understand what an MSDS is made for to understand why LL just add worthless paper to each order. This article here used to be blind text to help me editing the site layout. I rewrote it yesterday, but I didn’t even think of explaining an MSDS since I added a link to a real MSDS by Cayman to offer a comparison with a professional company. I thought that would be sufficient.

      Thank for for your input!

Probably, I should have explained that rather early in the text, maybe I am gonna add it today. To be honest, I had so much fun finding out about Egor, I might have been too focussed on his part of the story 😉

I ordered two or so times with LL, completely different substances. Maybe 7 different compounds. A real safety data sheet would be about 10 pages long and unique for each substance of course. In your Panini sticker book, every soccer player looks unique as well, it would be weird, if every player came with an identical generic photo, wouldn’t it?

But that is exactly what LL / Rarechems are doing: They always add the exact same safety data sheet for a not even specified substance to any orders and furthermore are too lazy to even fill in the field for the print date.

This is just a marketing trick to make you believe they would be professionally acting and so make you pay more money for their cheap Chinese chemicals. And believe me, they sometimes order stuff of more than questionable quality and would not even perform lab tests before offering these cheap powders for tidy prices.

According to your example with A-PHP and its acute toxicity: Of course I did a follow-up order, since he promised me to fix that thing, but all they did was changing “Papillon Essence” into “Proton Trading B.V.”, I swear.

I both times ordered A-PHP. Lizard Labs’ MSDS however, is so generic and useless that the sections 11 & 12 about toxicity always say: “No data available”. I will add a scan of the most recent MSDS and add it under this comment.

So please believe me, this just a marketing gag and that was what I wanted to point out. You might think they would act professionally but no, they are cheap imposters.

By the way, Rarechems officially have zero “0” employees (probably to “save” taxes), maybe these zero employees are at least one too few to care about things 😉

I hope made my point clearer now. In case I didn’t, please gimme a hint, thank you!

You second point is not true. There are dozens of contracts between countries and the reason why they do no ship to the UK anymore is because the UK asked the police in the Netherlands for assistance. There are trade treaties, UN treaties, treaties to collectively fight cyber crime, etc.

North Korea might not have joined any of these. But the Netherlands are a tiny country in the heart of Europe, and part of the European Union. Of course, they are obliged to not breaking laws neither within the EU nor to hurt contracts they have signed with other parties.

Maybe you remember Trump’s glorious idea of starting a trade war with China and the European Union. Guess what: There is an international court that was called to settle this issue. We also have a world bank (if that’s the name).

I understand that recent news coverage shows an orange douche who acts like the US were not bound to any treaties. In fact, there are hundreds of treaties. The Netherlands even are one of the so-called 14 eyes countries, they are one of the 9-eyes countries. This means more than just sharing intelligence data with e.g. the US.

The Netherlands also signed the MLAT treaty. I am not going to explain this, you will see what I mean:

      https://2009-2017.state.gov/j/inl/rls/nrcrpt/2014/vol2/222469.htm

Full List of United States Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties and Agreements MLATs, which are negotiated by the Department of State in cooperation with the Department of Justice to facilitate cooperation in criminal matters, are in force with the following countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, [..] the Kingdom of the Netherlands (including Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Maarten), Nigeria, [..]

The Wild West was invented by Hollywood and Italian movie makers. Reality I would rather describe as Globalization with tons of papers of treaties to ensure peace and wealth and to fight crime in a common effort.

PS: I was under the impression they would only sell 1cp-blotters to the UK, thank you for the hint, even though I cannot confirm it anymore, they were finally forced to “repair” their website.

Smokeys once told me there is a United Nations agreement they need to stick to. Maybe TRRC and LL were recently informed about this agreement, too 😉

THANK YOU, I had no clue about slave work in China.

PS: TIS has passed away recently. I’m sorry that you had to hear it from me. I didn’t want to make a big story out of it, out of respect. He was one of the most honest and most sensible US vendors I learnt to know. He was the only US vendor who took the explicitly listed schedule one Eutylone out of his stock, after he had read my comment about that compound. He told me that one “slipped through” he did not know that it was a relative of Pentylone. He also provided tips for the US list, I was very thankful for.

    3. Updated their categories, I still had them in Shipping to the UK, but you are correct, they were forced to stop shipping to the UK and other other countries like Norway completely. Thanks.

PS: The shops you mentioned as negative examples are in no way scammers! TIS unfortunately left us early, could well be that he was not able to fulfill a couple of orders that were places shortly before or after his tragic ending.

Gr8RC-EU are Smokey’s EU dependance, they would never ever scam anyone! Order tracked with them and show me proof that they did not ship or fucking stop spreading your stupid lies here! If you think or even dare to repeat that Gr8RC-EU could be scammers, then just fuck off, get yourself a hobby or find a job or read a book or have a banana. Brain runs on sugar, bananas work immediately.

  2. Why must you ask rarechems to comply with the law. Just because a substance is illegal does not mean it should not be accessible to those who want it. If a person is seeking an illegal rc they will find what they want if they’re determined to obtain it, but if they get it from a reputable vendor the harms are greatly reduced.

    1. You know what they recently announced? They want to smuggle their illegal compounds to Germany (in Germany basically all NPS are illegal) and ship from there.

This will no be the last article about Lizard Labs vs. the law, btw.

There is bulletproof evidence that most Research Chemical are basically poison to your brains and health in general. They pay no taxes, they break the law, they cause multiple diseases which cost the health and social system a fortune, for which everybody has to pay while the criminals swim in money.

There is no right to abuse society.

My beloved grandfather did no drugs but a glass of red wine from time to time and that wine seems to have destroyed his kidneys. Cancer has many faces, and alcohol is not healthy drug at all, but he was in no way a heavy drinker.

These exotic Dissociatives that will flood the market next year (or from whenever on the European Union will have passed their 6-months-law, meaning a compound will we scheduled within the whole EU no later than six months after its first discovery, without any exceptions) might make boom one day and only if you are lucky you will survive. Being in a manic state while being basically unconscious (you are alive and doing things but your brain is affected in a way that you think you would be sleeping) is extremely dangerous.

These guys don’t care if you die or not. Also, they are dumb as hell. Lizard Labs would constantly lie about some of their compounds being legal worldwide. NO! Neither SARMS nor LSD-analogues are legal in all over Europe.

Have you seen their new shop? They are selling Vitamine juice added 1cp-LSD for everyday use. Does that sound sane to you???

    2. RareChems are not even an official shop. You buy from an official quote “SBI code: 46752 – Wholesale of pesticides and fertilizers”

If these dudes were not dumb and greedy criminals, the Netherlands would not need to ban Research Chemicals.

That is my idea behind this and the next story: Remember the greedy scum that killed the whole research chemical scene!

      1. I just noticed something that used to be a question mark for years to me already.

In this video published by Guardia Civil (which is not really police but rather a nationwide special unit similar to a military force but equipped with police duties only) the empty baggies have red stripes.

In fact, about two months before the bust, SI had switched from baggies with red stripes to baggies with green stripes. Either Guardia Civil had taken over this vendor’s operations – which I doubt, because on their very last day, only hours before they got busted, they played the same dull joke on me like they always did. Police could not have known of this running gag of theirs.

I don’t think that the video was produced with actors, either.

So why are there empty bags with red stripes in the video?

BTW: It took me an hour to find out how to join videos and add music using the Windows Photo Editor, and I think with “White Trash Heroes” I found a more than fitting soundtrack – send me angry emails if you feel offended.

If I catch anyone of you not watching this video, which is ten times better than the one with the horror movie OST on YouTube, I swear I might maybe have a look into the WordPress manual and will find out how to block ignorants from accessing the comments section!

I published it by its original date, April 8, 2020.

We were discussing the language I used and the “secrets” I revealed. In fact, it is really an article about lies, lies and marketing lies. Products and their quality are of course mentioned as well. Please scroll down and have a look! Such an article you will not find anywhere else. Not only the order was expensive, even being able to accessing some information cost me money.

I promise, it is a fun read!
