Substance Warning: 2-Methyl-AP-237. Numerous intoxications and hospitalizations reported. #AVOID

2 weeks ago, we published a warning against ordering 2-Methyl-AP-237 from the vendor The Real RC in the news section. A young man had reported to have ordered that substance from there and that he, after taking two tiny amounts on two consecutive days, on the second day suddenly felt like dying, was hospitalized and needed to stay in hospital for a whole week.

Judging from my own experiences with The Real RC, I assumed they would have sourced that substance from a shady lab like they sometimes had done in the past.

However, The Real RC got in touch with me and explained they had sourced the compound from a well-known and reputable Chinese manufacturer, retail- and wholesaler that is also listed in our Asia section.

What did cause the life-threatening intoxication?

I had three theories:

  • Either the lab had made a mistake and the batch was not mixed professionally. This could explain why the young man didn’t feel any negative side effects on the first day but accidentally overdosed the next day.
  • Or, The Real RC did not mix the batch professionally. There is no such thing as a vendor selling you an uncut batch. They all add cutting agents. (*** The Real RC reject this statement. They sell pure / uncut substances, only, they say. ***)
  • Or, the substance is per se a danger to your health and should not have been made available for sale in the first place.

Then I took a closer look.

What the heck is
2-Methyl-AP-237 ?

2-Methyl-AP-237 is derivate of of AP-237 (Bucinnazine). Bucinnazine was first synthesised by Japanese chemists in 1968. In the 1980ies it was given to dying cancer (!) patients in China for pain relief. It is a piperazine that happens to bind to the μ-opioid receptors and therefore acts as an analgesic, said to be as effective as Morphine.

However, it quickly builds up tolerance and is highly addictive. I am not aware of if it was still used as medication anywhere in the world. From what I have read about it, I guess not.

The methyl derivates of Bucinnazine were later developed and even patented. However, they were tested on mice and turned out to be remarkably caustic, “slightly” toxic and leading to unusual side effects like abnormal walking, loss of posture, gasping for breath or making the mice jump around like they were mad (“motor incoordination”). Depending on the dose, the animals died after between a single minute and 24 hours. The most common cause of death was 2-Methyl-AP-237 affecting (blocking) the cardio-respiratory system – the animals suffocated.

Since the substances were proven to be too toxic for further research and of course no pharmaceutical company would be interested in buying such a formula, the Italian company who held the patent (text includes abstracts of scientific studies conducted on 2-Methyl-AP-237 and AP-238) soon decided to let it be, stopped paying the maintenance fee for the patent and so the formulas became common property, free for everybody to use in 1990.

In 2018, 2-Methyl-AP-237 became available as a designer drug. Chinese psychopaths offered it to European psychopaths (vulgo “Research Chemical Vendors”) since these wanted to sell it to pathetic opioid junkies that would give their last shirt for a quick hit.

In March 2019, it was first reported to the European Drug monitoring agency EMCDDA. Slovenian police had made a test purchase. Purity was tested 91%.

Meanwhile, it has become available in various shops offered as novel designer drug (NPS). Psychopaths like Longflourish, The Real RC, Rechemco, Paracelsus, Proximo Research, and the human trash that runs Foche are offering it…

Show those fucked up trash vendors that we won’t just buy any poisonous shit they want to make profit with.

Lest I forget, please do not only stay away from 2-Methyl-AP-237 but also do ignore AP-238 which is said to be even more caustic, to be four times stronger and to maybe causing serious damage to your health (body and mind).

Don’t buy Nitazenes, either. Why the fuck would you want to end up a heroin junkie? These ugly souls that would sell you just any poison only to become richer and richer are cannibals. These psychopaths have no business anywhere other than being locked away. They should be hunted down and hold accountable for the crimes they committed against society.

Think twice and take care!

How does 2-Methyl-AP-237 feel? Experience reports.

“I took it orally once, a average dose, nothing crazy, i already tried it with a different vendor. But one average dose ended up almost killing me, I went in metabolic acidosis, my kidney failed, and because of the aggressive seizures, and I went rhabdomyolysis, my kidney failed too, they found me 10 hours after I started convulsing, so I had about a 30-40% percent chance of surviving.

I had to be in the hospital for more than a week, and now I have chronic kidney damages. Keep in mind, I’m young, healthy, and don’t use often, my blood/serum exams have always been perfect, now my potassium Is so high that I’ll probably have an hearth attack before 70 years old.”

“I was finally aware that there is a strong causal sub-context here. However, inhalative consumption also leads to significantly more craving, compulsive consumption behavior, a greater tendency to become dependent and ultimately also to a relevant increase in dose (in total consumption, since one is then quickly almost continuously smoking). In July, as part of an asthma attack lasting several days, I was admitted to a pulmonary clinic, where I was told that I was in a life-threatening condition and that I could suffer a potentially fatal attack of suffocation at any time. Then I decided without further ado that I have to use all my willpower and immediately stop inhaling 2-M-AP-237.”

“K: I got some 2map like that and I agree it was bunk. Made me sick after ingesting around 100mg with no high.

T: How sick did it make you? Like throwing up or worse?

K: Headache, throwing up, and a weird body sensation (nothing like an opioid feeling) that lasted about 6 hours before finally easing off.”

(K & T)

“11:15 – Feeling very sleepy, my eyes feel heavy and interfere slightly with my vision also I have some unexpected mild visuals. Otherwise, some itching & no euphoria. (..)

11:20 – It’s becoming hard to keep my eyes open, I may fall asleep if this continues. Still no euphoria.

11:30 – Distinct closed eye visuals and mild open eye but not psychedelic style hallucinations. The hallucinations are unstructured (..) and remind me of low-medium level deliriant visuals.”

I suffered cardiac arrest from the mixed use of Clonazolam and 2-Methyl-AP-237. I have no memory, when I woke up, I was tied up in a hospital bed and suffered severe chest pain. The doctor came to see me and asked me if I had intentionally committed suicide. I was found dead and needed to be reanimated.

(P. | Complete transcript)

Worst opioid I’ve ever taken. At first it was okay, but after 2 days I just felt uncomfortable. I became restless smoking and when I didn’t take anything, a mild withdrawal set in. But I have a history of heroin and am currently on 30-40 g of kratom per day. Plus, it’s damn corrosive.”

“Paracelsus Labs has had a pretty rough inconsistent supply of 2-Methyl-AP-237. It’s been very caustic and varies in strength from batch to batch.

I’m on methadone for pain and got cut off through no fault of my own and wanted a way to taper. I did probably 50 mgs of both ap237 and ap238 and got very sick the day after and stayed sick for a week. I probably almost died. When I went to the doctor, she said that my blood pressure was through the roof. I am slowly recovering. Fuck anyone selling this poison as a drug.

Psychopaths like the human trash operating Longflourish, The Real RC, Rechemco, Paracelsus, Proximo Research, Foche, and whoever else tries to make a fortune out of poisoning you with substances like
2-Methyl-AP-237 or AP-238 will hopefully soon be held responsible for the crimes they committed against society and be locked away forever.

  1. Umm, there are articles in PubMed, Scholar, etc. Sci-Hub.Se is free to use. You do seem like a man with a mission – a fanatical one, though. You are the one who looks silly here, friendo, although you obviously seem to have the good will. There is Erowid and Psychonaut wiki for a lot of this stuff. Reddit communities for the new substances. Multiple review forums, Dread. RC shops aren’t really responsible for educating the customers. They are responsible to state what they are selling adequately and correctly. The research is on person-to-person basis and must be made independently by the (planning) user.

Also, what you spew about substance addicts is half nonsense and half stereotypical toxic slander. I, with experience in psychology, second the guy above – your experience might apply to some of the users and high-chasers. While multiple others got into addictions, whether psychological and/or physiological ones unwittingly and/or unwillingly. The form and the substance you present on this subject doesn’t make you look cool, calculated and indifferent, instead it makes you look jaded, arrogant and dismissive of the science of addiction we do have today. Which clearly doesn’t agree with your point in the majority of cases.

I appreciate you trying to keep everyone safe and inform, albeit your rushing to conclusions, with no clear information, makes you look foolish. As you have yourself presented, replying to your original pitch-forking post, that the situation seems to have been much different that what you assumed above said response. Thank you for your efforts and please do consider, there is more than your own outlook on a matter and perhaps more than one correct, as well.

    1. Hi,

These compounds had been researched by an amateur-like private company from Italy. Either way, if you are in this field or an average reader, my investigation describes a tragedy. They never released their studies, so the advertisement-like quotes from the Original patent (RC SCENE, btw. is the only place with an as exhaustive as possible article on the whole internet (!) containing all available information together with quotes from people of which I some know, quotes from forums, and an explanation about vanity names/formulas in chemistry) say DANGER, no matter what.

White Trash Opiate Junkie Crowd AND greedy fuck drug dealers did not like this article at all, I know, I discussed it with junkies, chemists, and greedy fuck drug dealers, nobody could prove me wrong (so far.)

I understand that the US deal with a severe opiate pandemic causing more and more fatalities each year. I meanwhile understand that for many years a country of 300 million and more got fucked big time by the shady pharma industry, corrupt politicians, media, and doctors. I understand that this is nothing I could just explain and white trash opiate junkies will understand.

The Health Dept. started late, but better late than never with funding research in non-addictive and non-opioid painkillers.
I think that says it all.

When I saw how aggressively they sell delta-8 THC in Texas, I realized the US are a failed state driven by greed. It’s a cultural issue, nothing you can easily change for the better.

Still, the DEA started researching 2-M-Ap-237 already in spring, after two ODs of which one ended tragically. The quotes are from real people, I know some of them.

You, my friend seem incapable of reading, the WHO is the scientific masterclass in describing drug addiction. That some US douche publishes a paper celebrating substance abuse is not considered serious science.

Opiates are no toys. They are immensely dangerous. These dimethyl piperazines are insanely toxic trash. Same with Nitazenes.

You know this isn’t my show: Feel free to contribute an article yourself. I will fact-check it, nothing goes online here just like this. THIS IS RC SCENE, my friend. Your multiple Review Forums are full of shit people trying to sell more dangerous drugs.

In Isreal, the first smoking blend containing actual rat poison has meanwhile become reality. Told ya. No, I won’t celebrate rat poison or strange dimethyl-piperazine opioids.

There used be a time when people would not order cancer online. Hard to believe, hmm?

  2. DEA Alert Regarding 2-Methyl AP-237

DEA TOX: Drug Enforcment Administration Toxicology Testing Program
    June 11, 2021

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in collaboration with the University of California San
Francisco Clinical Toxicology and Environmental Biomonitoring (CTEB) Laboratory has identified an opioid substance, 2-methyl AP-237 in whole blood samples submitted to our New Psychoactive Substances (NPS) surveillance program.

Cohort: Whole blood samples were recently submitted from an overdose death case in Kansas City, Kansas (January 2021) and a non-fatal overdose case in Omaha, NE (March 2021).

Drugs Detected: In the overdose death case (Kansas), 2-methyl AP-237 (141 ng/mL) was confirmed in addition to etizolam (4.5 ng/mL). In the non-fatal overdose case (Nebraska), 2-methyl AP-237 (208 ng/mL) was confirmed in addition to carboxy-THC, cocaine and its metabolites, and methadone and its metabolites.

    2-Methyl AP-237: Originally patented in 19852, 2-methyl
AP-237 is a methyl derivative of the opioid analgesic,
bucinnazine (AP-237), a therapeutic drug used as a pain
medication in cancer patients in China. Structurally
distinct from fentanyl analogues, 2-methyl AP-237 was
first identified in Slovenia in 2019 and has since been sold
as a designer drug and research chemical.

Analysis: 2-Methyl AP-237 was detected, confirmed and
quantified in whole blood samples using liquid
    chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass

In response to the ongoing synthetic drug epidemic, the Drug Enforcement Administration
(DEA) has initiated a contract with the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) whereby
biological samples generated from overdose victims of synthetic drugs can be further analyzed. In
many cases, it can be difficult to ascertain the specific substance responsible for the overdose. In
the future, we invite you to contact our program if you encounter an overdose of a suspected

synthetic drug and desire to have any leftover biological samples (blood preferred) analyzed further
    for such synthetic substances.

    • Sample Qualifications:
o Patients thought to have ingested a synthetic drug, where the traditional drug screen
has produced little or no viable options to explain the symptoms exhibited by the
patient (alcohol and THC are exempted).
    • How to Contact Us and Send Your Samples:
o Once the above qualifications are satisfied:
 Email DEATOX@USDOJ.GOV with a brief description of the case (including
initial toxicology screen and history) and a request for testing.
 DEA will respond to each inquiry, and if approved, will send the
instructions for packing and shipping of sample(s) to UCSF.

    Cost of sample analysis:
o The DEA will cover the full cost of testing the patient samples.

DEA Drug & Chemical Evaluation Section: 2-Methyl-AP-237 Substance Information

    June 2021

2-Methyl-AP-237 is a novel synthetic drug with opioid
    agonist-like activity. Beginning in 2019, 2-methyl-AP-237
emerged on the illicit synthetic drug market as evidenced by
its identification in drug seizures. Abuse of 2-methyl-AP-237,
similar to other synthetic opioids, has been associated with
adverse health effects, including death. Adverse health
effects associated with the abuse of synthetic opioids, their
continued evolution, increased popularity, and increased
availability of these substances have been a serious concern
in recent years and pose an imminent hazard to public safety.
As the United States continues to experience an
unprecedented epidemic of opioid misuse and abuse, the
presence of new synthetic opioids with no approved medical
    use exacerbates the epidemic.

Data obtained from pre-clinical studies demonstrate that
    2-methyl-AP-237 exhibits mu-opioid receptor agonist
pharmacological properties. According to the patent, an in
vivo (in mice) study was conducted with 2-methyl-AP-237 and
results indicated that at higher doses it produced analgesic
effects in a hot plate assay. Data from in vitro studies showed
that 2-methyl-AP-237, similar to fentanyl and morphine, binds
to the mu-opioid receptors. Additionally, in an in vitro
    functional assay, 2-methyl-AP-237 activated mu-opioid
receptors, albeit at a lower percentage of maximum
stimulation when compared to fentanyl and morphine. These
data demonstrate that 2-methyl-AP-237 has mu-opioid
receptor agonist-like activity. It is well established that
substances that act as mu-opioid receptor agonists have a
high potential for addiction and can cause dose-dependent
respiratory depression. In fact, abuse of 2-methyl-AP-237 has
been associated with at least two fatalities and one nonfatal
    overdose in the United States.

    User Population:

The population likely to abuse 2-methyl-AP-237 appears to
be the same as those abusing prescription opioid analgesics,
heroin, tramadol, depressants, fentanyl, and other synthetic
opioid substances. This is evidenced by the types of drugs co-
identified in 2-methyl-AP-237 associated fatal and nonfatal
overdose cases. Because abusers of 2-methyl-AP-237 are likely
to obtain it through unregulated sources, the identity, purity, and

quantity are uncertain and inconsistent, thus posing significant

adverse health risks to the end user. 2-methyl-AP-237 may pose
potential health and safety risks for users. The positive
identification of this substance in overdose and post-mortem
cases is of concern to the public safety.
    Illicit Distribution:
Law enforcement data indicate that 2-methyl-AP-237 has
appeared in the United States illicit drug market. Law
enforcement has encountered 2-methyl-AP-237 as an
encapsulated powder. The National Forensic Laboratory
Information System (NFLIS-Drug) is a DEA database that
collects scientifically verified data on drug items and cases

submitted to and analyzed by state, local, and Federal forensic
laboratories. According to NFLIS-Drug, there were 21
encounters of 2-methyl-AP-237 in the United States in 2019, 4
encounters in 2020, and 2 encounters in 2021 (as of June 2021).
These encounters involved 2-methyl-AP-237 alone or in
combination with other substances. The lack of approved
medical use and presence of two overdose deaths associated
with the abuse of 2-methyl-AP-237 underscores the potential
public health threat posed by its presence in the illicit drug

    Control Status:

2-Methyl-AP-237 is not approved for medical use in the
United States and is not currently controlled under the Controlled
    Substances Act.

  3. I think it’s important to note that these things can also be life-saving. These people complaining probably got a bad vendor. I’ve seen the sites you listed as “horrible people” and I would never buy from most of the sites you can tell just by looking at it it’s unprofessional sites but not all of them are like that. I used this 2map237 And it was very helpful for me OK. Some thing else called Flubromazolam Is another drug people describe as so strong and so long lasting and awful but to me it was purely benign kicked in instantly lasted eight hours I don’t know what these people are getting but it ain’t stuff I had been getting an I’ve had multiple sources. Sometimes people have to use their brains you know what I mean is with map map I’m just gonna call at map Because I’m using text to voice you have to dilute it with water substantially & a similar drug called ODMST Is the same way if you don’t dilute it enough you get the strong rush and you feel like you’re gonna have a seizure but when you dilute it works great. I learned this because when I first had ODMST I just put a gram and a 32 ounce Gatorade bottle and I did not like it I thought it was awful but I had work to do and I’m disabled so when the bottle was down to almost at the bottom (after days of using it Anyways taking the good wirh the bad and one day just using it to kill my appetite and keep me awake – see when it’s not diluted properly for me it was like a stimulant) I put some more water in it so the last longer throughout the day and that’s when I learned if it’s diluted it actually works well. As far as Map goes, It’s similar if you drink it not delete it enough you get kind of this rush and you feel kind a like kind of jittery and it doesn’t work very well but Diluted it works pretty well From a reputable source. These really helped me when I was very sick OK but I didn’t take it the same way other people here did I didn’t smoke it, snort it and I never you know just put powder in my mouth. So I can’t comment on just putting the powder in the mouth but I don’t think it would be good I think it will be similar to having a solution that’s not diluted enough. Similar things can be observed with Kratom no people don’t go into shock but there’s a substantial difference between the effects of capsules versus powder and that’s because the powder goes straight to you in the capsules take longer to you know get digested. Powder in water is more stimulating and some people claim more effective but capsules are more relaxing. Haven’t read anything on why this is but it backs up my experiences that’s 4 sure. I’d love to study pharmacology one day and chemistry to because when things get more restrictive I’m gonna start making these things myself for myself not just these here but other things that can help me you know for stress or whatever it is I want to take it for. But you don’t need to go saying things like that like it’s fact that slander or libel I don’t know which one but it’s one of the two. You know people’s experiences are their experiences there’s no way of knowing what other factors were at play like what was used to cut the item or what else they were on or whether or not they’re just crazy. And the way things affect mice is not proof either. U no for a mouse the doses are different, If you give a mouse too much hydrocodone if it would suffocate too. That’s what opiates do often. These people who probably got a bad batch or didn’t use it right or maybe they’re allergic to one of the cutting agents who knows but just because they had an experience like that doesn’t mean that is the drug itself OK it can be life-saving when used properly and yeah you got to use your brain which I know some people can’t do these days due to all the automation in society and all the weird little rules and stuff but yeah it can be life-saving to when you do it the right way. And the right way for me might not be the right way for you but I use my brain I’m careful and I get good results with anything I try. Which is what anyone should do and I am and with my careful approach I found these things to be quite helpful where as my doctors on the other hand do you know these people some of these people on the sites might be you know trash but I think some of them are just trying to make an honest living and they want to provide a service to the people but you know what doctors do they lie and they’re worse if you ask me because they claim to be your friend and there to help you but they will bill your insurance commit fraud and kill you and smile on your face while doing it so you know that’s all I’m gonna say doctors are worse than drug dealers And what are the sites you have posted on here they don’t look at legitimate sites they look like they’re put together by somebody who probably does just wanna make money and doesn’t care but That’s not always the case in fact some of the sites you have listed there are fine. People run their mouth a lot about certain sites on there I didn’t know what the fuck they’re talking about. That’s why I said I just think they’re jealous because they actually run a professional business. And the thing is doctors never did shit for me OK never and if I hadn’t discovered some of these items I would still be really sick and I never would’ve been able to start studying and doing a lot of things this soon because I have a disability that heals each day and it depends on the number of factors but that’s all I’m really going to say it’s just like these items helped my condition heal quicker as other things have in the past but there wasn’t anything else available and this is what I came across in and help my condition heal quicker due to the nature of my condition and relieved me from a lot of pain and suffering and it got me to be able to do a lot of things that I haven’t been able to do for a long time again because it helped me I was able to exercise again I was able to handle phone calls I was able to start studying again OK so these things can also be life-saving , what (allegedly) happened to these folks does not mean the drugs themselves don’t have potential for a Lot of good. I mentioned some of shah could have caused it. U just have to be careful and kind of know what you’re doing find the right method to use it and you know what’s good for me might not be good for other people in terms of the item itself or how I ingested but you shouldn’t go running your mouth like that and saying things like this when you know you probably haven’t had any first-hand experience yourself and you’re basing it on these reports the people made and You’re blaming it on the item itself when it could’ve been like I said mixed wrong Which would result in an entirely different chemical or it could’ve been one of the cutting agents or the patient could’ve had allergies to some thing in the mix OK but the item itself has potential and when people run their mouth like there’s some state these things in fact it’s just not good because some people are benefiting from them when they buy from legit sources and think about what they’re doing before they put it in their body OK. These save lives too. Whatever those people you used to support your “facts” you have it stated as facts took was probably not anything like the real thing or it’s not a good item for them even if it was. I’m careful about what I take. So… yA

    1. Opiates are never life-saving. They are pain killers.

Yes, of course, die mice in labs quickly, they are given overdoses to simulate long-term use in humans more or less. Those methyl-piperazine derivatives (AP-238 & 2-M-AP-237) of Buccinazine (AP-237), however, turned out to be so toxic that no further tests were conducted. The results are so obviously pointing out that these substances are toxic waste and really dangerous that they were never tested on humans.

Rechemco and LF are state-of-the-art vendors, I would not know a better vendor than Rechemco CN, to be honest. Yes, Paracelsus might not be a top source, but I think that people react differently to poisoning. Some do not seem to notice at all, I, however, would be an example of a hypersensitive person, I can usually instantly tell if I poisoned myself. Not only with NPS but also with food, especially exotic spices. To give you an example: If a vendor sells a DMT “freebase” and I smoke a tiny amount of that thing in a cigarette and feel completely intoxicated, there is no way that this thing is a freebase, especially since insufflation felt nice. It is difficult to imagine how other people function, but the majority seems to not feel such an intoxication in all its details. Few others would not be able to experience and analyze the intoxication but would get sick immediately and need to seek a doctor.

I sometimes deal with a really weird thing: I would for a month or longer not be able to get out of bed, sleep 20 hours, get up, eat half a banana, have a glass of water, watch TV news, and then fall asleep again. I don’t know what I take for breakfast now, but it helps me to stay awake on most days.

When I asked my doctor if an opioid couldn’t be an option, since some of them make me super awake (I react paradox to morphine, it helps the pain but it also makes me super awake and aware of things around me, instead of sleepy), he said that he can’t do that, it would be unethical to prescribe a pain-killer as a stimulant. Also, the side-effects do not stand in any relation to the “positive” effects. Opioids are not healthy and have unbearable addiction potential. Besides that, they make you dizzy and restless as well. Many people cope with horrible nightmares when administered opioids.

In medical use, you are given morphine either after a really hefty operation (in my case they switched to Fent because morphine makes me hyperactive) or in the very last week of your life. Elder people have sometimes been prescribed morphine plasters, but that’s it.

Opiates have no business in daily life. The surgeon told me when I was released from the hospital, it would be best to waive on pain killers, they all cause more problems than they do good and the body gets used to pain anyway. He was right.

That drug kick/rush you use to feel motivated might work for a while. Sooner or later you will learn that your body will not tolerate it and the comedown will be pure horror.

I would recommend Ethylphenidate, instead, if it wasn’t scheduled. Fucking UNDOC…

The thing is, you probably deal with depression, no major depression but a lighter form of it. By taking drugs you seem to have found a way to solve a symptom. Again, this won’t work for too long, you will see that opioids are a downward spiral. Without exception.

In addition, you chose a proven to be toxic/dangerous opioid. They have no history of human use for good reasons. It would be unethical to test such toxic compounds on human beings.

In your twenties, you are unlikely to experience serious issues. In the long run, you might learn that you ruined some of your organs. This is why I felt the substance warning above important. At your age, I would take XTC and have 15 big cups of beer and dance until 7 am. That beer habit about ten years later had become a real problem. I still like beer but at home, I stick with alcohol-free beer. Only in bars, clubs, or with friends do I drink alcohol today.

I finally sought a psychiatrist and while beer for so many years used to seem the solution to cover symptoms like depression and anxiety, today, I receive treatment to cure or at least soften the deeper issues behind that caused these symptoms.

I totally agree with you, some doctors are no good. Also, seeking a psychiatrist is not easy. You tell some stranger about issues you are dealing with and not too many will be able to actually help you. My diagnosis has not even a name yet since the suicide rate among people sharing similar disadvantages is about 85%. Some die in “accidents”. Some exit society and become homeless or heroin junkies. Because they could not believe that I with such a diagnosis could have gotten so old and lived a normal life, not letting show, I was passed around many doctors. Final verdict: No therapy, no medication could help me.

I still take the medication since I feel a lot better with it. But to be honest, I am under the impression that some symptoms worsened extremely since I went to the doctor. Not sure how I should proceed.

That’s a one in a million chance, though. Even in the emergency station in a psychiatry hospital, the patients cope with less serious issues. Also, everybody seems happy there since they feed you happy pills. If I were you I would a) waive on known to be toxic trash like those methyl piperazines, ideally avoid opioids in general, and b) talk to a doctor.

Oh, lest I forget: Kratom powder in liquid kicks in faster because your mouth is already processing the drug, your tongue, etc. are pretty sensitive. Some pill junkies keep pills in their mouth although they are colored and make your lips blue and they have added some filler that is so bitter, you can hardly keep it in the mouth. I also keep certain pills in the mouth, you get used to that filler that is so bitter it causes pain. The capsule needs to dissolve and then it depends on what you have eaten, etc., it sometimes takes endlessly to kick in. Some substances work A LOT better when ingested in a capsule or two, some substances (I remember especially 4-FA) seem to not work at all. From what I remember when hanging around with promoters and DJs: They would drop two XTC and some cocaine into a can of Red Bull. You cannot be higher on life than after having taken a sip of that can. ;-D

Many take synthetic noids with some liquid, btw. That could lower their toxicity since burning chems produced in some old shed hidden in the woods might not be as clean as advertised.

Once again, the opioid discussion in the US is off the tracks. Except for few heroin junkies, I know nobody who would consider taking opioids voluntarily. And again: The compounds mentioned above are proven to be dangerous. I strongly recommend seeking a doctor or at least find an alternative to opiates. And definitely waive on that toxic waste.

The new stimulants I noticed appearing on the market all seem shit. Rechemco’s version of 4F-MPH would be my choice, but they don’t ship to the states. 3-FMA would be my second choice. Both are less dangerous, less toxic, and – in my experience – have few side effects (while fluoro compounds might indeed not be healthy at all), but that could be since I would not do such on a daily basis, especially because with the prescription meds I take for breakfast, I hardly notice any effect from stimulants anymore. I think those capsules are an SNRI.

Something that kicks in/gives you a rush, which is what you seem to seek, for an alternative to opioids, I would not know, sorry. Prescription meds all come in retard form.

      Kind regards!

  4. This stuff killed a long, long time poster and moderator of the harm reduction board Bluelight recently. I hope no matter how strung out you are, you don’t resort to using these opioids.

  5. I am positively impressed by Trusted RC Shops’ commitment to harm reduction, and have to say I agree with the general sentiment against the evils of opioid/opiate addiction. Its a simple no-brainer. However. Having long ago BEEN one of these ‘pathetic’ people that are so stigmatized for their shortcomings (like ANYONE is free of pathetic and embarrassing shortcomings….Jezuz. Ridiculous) I have to say that the messages posted would have far greater impact without the tedious, judgmental language used. I left that hellish labyrinth of smack addiction behind years ago, and its clear the author of the rant has no idea of how complex an affliction it is. I DO loathe narcotics pushers however. Its just plain evil. Capitalism at its most vile. Self education is mandatory unless one wishes to become a lost soul who dies in shame.
I ALSO Agree with the anon dude who called TRC out on that ugly ranting. It does NOT help. Stigma is a large part of what traps those poor souls – in the hell of self medication gone off the rails, and if TRC really give a shit they will refrain from such vile language in the future. This is not up for discussion. Thank you.

    1. Assumptions need to be verified or falsified. Do your homework before you make yourself seem silly. You have no idea who wrote this text or about his background.

We are not Reddit. We are not into junkie talk. Justifying one’s drug addiction has no business here.

You missed the main point: Addiction is not a disease but a personal choice.

  6. The Opiate Crisis Dealer Mr Paracelsuslab pointed out something that I will need to verify with a chemist:

2-Methyl-AP-237 without a doubt caused hospitalizations.

However, he thinks that the substance that is sold today was a novel compound that has never been researched before.

The substances that were tested in the 1980ies and found to be super toxic all were 2-Methyl-Piperazines, there is no doubt about that.

    The patent says:

This invention relates to new methyl-piperazino derivatives of general formula: ##STR2## where R is H or methyl, at least one R being methyl, and to the corresponding salts obtained by salifying the basic compound with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid such as hydrochloric, sulphuric or tartaric.

The compounds of formula (I) are prepared by reacting in a first stage the starting methyl-piperazino compound, ie either 2-methyl-piperazine or 2,6-dimethyl-piperazine, with cinnamyl chloride in an inert organic solvent, and then separating the cinnamyl-piperazine from the reaction mixture by extraction with acidified water.

So, this patent would cover various substances with certain properties.

Some of the compounds with these certain properties that were researched and found to be extremely toxic were:

The core of these chemical names is identical to the substances that are sold as research chemicals today:

    2-Methyl-AP-237 is advertised as

    AP-238 is advertised as

Why “advertised”? Because even the exact chemical names (IUPAC) allow different notations! A different notation could e.g. have an additional word in it but would still be the same chemical.

These 2-Methyl/2,6-Methyl-Piperazines are derivatives of a medicine that was given to cancer patients in the 1980ies in China: Bucinnazine (AP-237).

    This one is advertised as

This former medicine (that can only be provided by top vendors) obviously has no methyl group.

Scientific research has proven in tests conducted with six variations of its methyl-piperazine analogues that these methyl analogues are toxic and were found to be completely useless, so that the Italian company that experimented with them gave up the patent as of 12/31/1989.

While I have no doubt at all that the substances sold as research chemicals these days, which are methyl analogues of AP-237 will certainly be as toxic as scientifically researched methyl analogues of AP-237 that are proven to be super toxic, I will ask a chemist if a) the substances sold as research chemicals these days are exactly the same that have been tested in the 1980ies just advertised under a different notation and b) if it was valid to assume all 2 methyl analogues of AP-237 to be toxic as hell.

On a side note, whatever happened to fighting the opiate crisis??? Why are some ruthless research chemical vendors offering highly addictive and toxic opioids in the first place and why have these opioids not yet been scheduled?

    (PS: The answer is MONEY.)

  7. Holy shit, you speak like a retarded Qboomer. “Everyone selling RCs in the US is a CRIMINAL! They don’t even pay taxes! REEEEE” Fucking lulz…

Do everyone a favor and please fuck off. You clearly are not part of any “scene”, and you call people junkies and call for vendors to be put in jail, all while slandering all the vendors in your vendors section for retarded reasons. Based on everything you’ve written on here, i would have to guess you’ve never actually purchased a RC in your life and you believe literally everything anyone says on the internet.

News flash, Longflourish and LS are the same thing… and your assertation that all vendors cut their pure powders is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never recieved cut benzo crystals from anywhere, including domestically. Why in the world would you cut something you can easilly source for less than 10$ a gram when you are selling it domestically for 100$? It would be pretty obvious when half of it instantly disolved when added to PG no?

As for your autistic rant about 2-map, we should probably get some things staight. Literally nobody is “pushing toxic chemicals on people”. Anyone that is trying to source rcs is smart enough to do their own research about what they are buying. And in 2-maps case, it becomes pretty clear that it’s caustic and possibly slightly toxic with even a cursory glance at peoples experience with it. That said if people want to buy it and experiement with it, that’s up to them. It would be nice if you could buy any chemical in the same way, which would mean nobody would be bothering with obscure piperazines in the first place… but we sadly live in a world with lots of laws about such things (which you seem overly fond of lol) and especially in the opiod sphere, the offerings are slim.

Of note is all of the domestic sources you called out saying they should be locked up for selling 2-map also sell ODMST, which is an exhaustively researched and extremely benign opioid.

Anyways, nobody deserves to be locked up for selling or ingesting ANY chemicals. Especially not RC vendors who sell almost exclusively unadulturated legal chemicals. Your views and outlook on literally everything are so cringey and terrible, and you should be ashamed that you are such an asshat.

    Get rekt.

    1. Dude, that you feel offended by my commitment to harm reduction, is a pretty poor performance.

Money laundering is a crime, that is nothing I came up with, it is as it is.

I don’t believe anything, I was made aware that these chemicals have caused hospitalizations and started investigating. What I describe is backed by science, click the link patent and if you aren’t too dumb to read, you will find abstracts of test conducted on animals there. That stuff is proven to be toxic as hell.

Have a look at the ASIA vendors section or at the LS Research mini review and you will notice that the fact that LS, LF and this RC Club are one is everything but kept a secret on RC SCENE.

O-DSMT is not even mentioned in the article…
Why would you post such silly stuff that makes you look like a pathetic fool?

I know shops that do cut Benzodiazepines, although the manufacturers wouldn’t sell pure substances anymore. It’s actually pretty difficult to get hands on a pure Benzo, even if you ordered it directly from a Chinese lab. Fatal overdoses are bad for business.

“Anyone that is trying to source rcs is smart enough to do their own research about what they are buying.” Bullshit, you sad clown. Show me sites that explain the toxicity of these substances. If vendors were mentioning the truth about them, I would not have spent an afternoon investigating. I am pretty certain there is no second page on the internet providing so much detail on those piperazines. Because of idealists like me customers have a chance to inform themselves about that trash.

Cannibals who only see money and kill people should be locked away.

I am sorry for you that you obviously are a mentally handicapped addict that will some day wake up in hospital and be diagnosed with cancer.

For those who still care and think, I investigate and write these articles. And if I reached only a single person learning about those trash substances and maybe make them think twice about ordering them, I will be damn proud.

  8. Thank you M. for sharing your experience with me and make me aware of these deadly substances that the usual suspects, notoriously irresponsible research chemical vendors offer for sale and want to kill us with. This human trash acts out of pure greed, it’s disgusting. #AVOID
