+++ The Real RC (TRC) – What happened? +++ #AVOID!

NEWS & BLOG Teaser Image

Already in March, I placed a rather unusual expensive test order with The Real RC. Well, I think they did a Sellkies on me – there is a tracking number, but the parcel hasn’t moved for seven weeks. After telling the shop owner, a replacement was sent and arrived within 20 hours at my doorstep.

While the small test orders I had placed last year, after shop owner Alex had contacted me and explained that they had learned from their previous mistakes, turned out to be surprisingly good (1) and okay (2); The samples I ordered for the shop portrait/review, I would already have trashed, if it wasn’t for the sake of the blog.

I ordered different products than I would usually do:

  • I spent a fortune (300 Euros) to get a hold of as many different samples as possible.
  • Because I had received complaints about TRC (without providing any evidence, or details, a simple photo would have done; maybe next time?), this time, I tried substances that I am in no way familiar with or that I would never order with TRC, but expect others new to the game maybe not knowing better.

First reaction

  • This could be a one-in-a-million shot, but the whole order was contaminated with something that I react strongly allergic to. It took me four days to be able to get back to the computer. I think I have successfully isolated that thing (Shout outs to mefis.to for having provided me with a REALLY air-tight bag!) and could put it in the fridge. That thing will be tested.
  • Because of that contamination and because whatever they have sent for 2-FMA and Etizolam – I won’t touch those, they look ugly and do not smell or look anything like they should, and because I received a mislabeled substance (which in my book = the list design, makes them scammers, details will follow,) the shop was moved back to it’s old category: The Real RC is categorized under Avoid again.
  • Since I could not work, not all pages have been updated yet. I will stop the lottery game and reduce the Thank You banners to exactly one per site, Alex had never asked for more.

What’s next

  • I will work on a Trusted Shop Review which will be split in at least three articles. I thought of two gags, I find them very funny, and I hope I can make them into a video or a photo gallery to make you laugh as well. The third article will be a shop portrait as usual.
  • The interview with Alex will be published as planned. If time allows, there will, in addition, a satirical (non-fictional) interview published in a separate article.
  • Yes, The Real RC will make headlines in April. That had been the plan anyway, and I will stick to it, no matter what. I am not less than proud to be able to publish an interview with a player in the scene who is not just anybody, but one of the most exciting entrepreneurs in this industry of recent years. To me, he is without a doubt not just part of the history of our subculture, but he formed it, changed it, wrote it; some say, destroyed it. That he answered all questions while pathetic mini vendors like, e.g., the DutchCitySales franchise stops any conversation as soon as it would need brains to answer, might give you an idea about the people who sell you drugs. Those guys used to sell Hotdogs before they discovered a more lucrative business. Read the interview, think about and expect a surprise!
  • One more order will be placed to roundup the Trusted Shop Review. I think I know why some samples look like they died in car accident; I think he did not lie about the independent testing; His A-PHP was the best one you could get these days. You know me, I would never joke about A-PHP. A lot of work to do. If we are lucky, we might find out why even parcels within the European Union seem to disappear. I might report UPS to police for fraud to find out, we’ll see.

First impressions of Earth

  • A-PiHP: Underwhelming, damn weak
  • Etizolam: I am not going to touch that thing. Looks like a blend of various crystals/powders.
  • 2-FDCK: Looks okay, but already by looking at it you could have guessed: Seems inactive.
  • NEP Crystals: Looks like a mashup of various white and transparent crystals crushed to “powder-size”. It is a Pentedron, I am pretty sure. I, however, felt only one out of four dots on my tongue, which would indicate about 10% purity. Felt inactive after all. Now you know why it takes me forever to work on a shop review: I am not only hypersensitive, I also recognize substances by the color dots I see when trying them. Wine enthusiasts will probably know: That does not work two days in a row, don’t ask me why.
  • 5-Meo-DMT: I thought I had ordered a freebase, but it’s a salt. When vaping it, it disappears without producing smoke, which is interesting. Since the substance looks fresh and The Real RC’s customer base would usually be children, I think I will try it.
  • MXPR: Looks surprisingly different from what I expected. It’s a creamy powder with some solid pieces inside, you can even see those through the bag. That tells me that it’s something something basically. I would rather not touch that thing, we’ll see.
  • HXE: Same creamy powder with few solid “dots” in it. Might give it a try, it seems the only sample that has a smell. You heard right: Neither the allegedly Etizolam nor the allegedly 2-FMA received have a smell.
  • 2-FMA: I am not going to touch that thing. Does not look like a Flour-substituted-Amphetamine, does not smell like one. It’s creamy powder.
  • 3-Meo-PCP: Received a mislabeled substance. First thought it to be a typo, but it is definitely not 3-Meo-PCP.
  • Pink Star Pellets: Those I didn’t order for eating, I will have them tested.
  • Kratom: That thing is so going to be tested. Why? Because I am NOT allergic to Kratom at all. To this thing, however, I am – and not just a little. I had not even opened it, the bags are not air-tight sealed.

A BIG SWINDLE?

That was not the plan.

The lottery game will have winners. It’s on hold for now.

If more lottery games with The Real RC (TRC) will follow? I don’t know. I don’t want to feature a shop that sold me some shit show for Etizolam and charged me 70 Euros for it.

  1. This is BS…..RCC! I made several orders to different address and names and all over 6weeks late! They are scamming getting everyone last fu but paying a reship that prob won’t come!

    1. I don’t think so.

In my case, the fake Kratom had such a pungent smell that they might have thought of it being Weed and delivered it to the police.

In any case, do not hesitate to report scammers to the FTC and the FBI, please.

      https://scam.directory/news/report-a-delivery-scam-to-the-federal-trade-commission/

      https://www.ic3.gov/

(PS: Maybe contact them before reporting, letting them know you are going to file complaints. Trust me, they will ship immediately 😉 )

    2. Btw: If you live in the European Union and a Dutch vendor should not ship, you do not wait 8 weeks like the TRC website tells you to. European webshops are legally obliged to deliver within 30 days. (The only country that did not sign that treaty is Denmark.)

After 30 days you send them a reminder and if they still refuse to ship, you go to court. Costs 81 Euros but since you will win, you will be refunded for your not delivered order and get back your 81 Euros.

What, if a webshop does not provide an imprint. Don’t mind, you are at court, a judge can rule to find those suckers.

What, if I accidentally ordered a scheduled substance? Don’t mind, you sue them for non-delivery fraud, nobody cares about what you ordered.

This is not the police, it is the EU consumer protection agency:

      https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/shipping-delivery/index_en.htm

      https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/consumers-dispute-resolution/formal-legal-actions/index_en.htm

Why you will always win? Because the sender is responsible for delivery, not the recipient. Whatever these shops might state in their TOS, don’t mind, they cannot overrule European legislation. They can write whatever they want, don’t even waste time reading their shit Terms & Conditions.

    1. TRC does not offer tracked shipping to all countries all the time.

If you ordered untracked, then the letter was not insured.

On the checkout page, depending on the destination you want to have your order have shipped to, there could be options like: untracked only, tracked or untracked, and some countries can even choose between different tracked or untracked services.

I used to order untracked until last year when labsense.nl informed me that “The European Union’s Postal Act 2020” should have been added to every EU country’s legislation no later than 01/01/2020. Since that day, chemicals must not be sent via regular mail (to other countries) anymore.

I never ordered tracked or insured until Labsense mentioned that new law on their website. A law that cannot be found because the European Union builds websites that provide information in a way so classy that I, after three months trying to find that thing, finally gave up and checked local legislation. And indeed: There is a sentence in the sixty-pages-long law that states I need to use “professional mail carriers” if I were to order or ship chemicals.

That law is not widely known. Most Dutch shops I asked about it have no clue. The thing is: That law was passed to support customs in their daily routine. Now, they do not need to check if a substance was scheduled or not – if it’s a plain envelope, they can seize it for not sticking to the 2020 EU Postal Act. They know what the letters look like, and I think they destroy the mail without opening it or informing you.

So, if you ordered untracked, I would not expect a reship this time.
Still, I’d say it’s the vendor’s fault. He broke the law and so may have caused your letter to be destroyed.

Since TRC stop shipping to the USA in eight days, seen from a business perspective, it would not make sense for them to offer you a reship b/c you will never order again.

I am sorry to tell you: According to Mr. Sellkies, you are a real American now. Real Americans take the loss and don’t complain; Sorry, that dude is too entertaining not to quote him from time to time. ;-D

If you want to tease Alex, maybe consider one of the following links. Then again, in the states, you never know if they will investigate the non-delivery-incident or if they will roast you on the chair.

      https://scam.directory/news/report-a-delivery-scam-to-the-federal-trade-commission/

      https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx

In May, I will add few new shops; some of them ship worldwide, I think.

      Sorry about your loss.

  2. You ordered in a time that all packs were fucked. Most people lost money with vendors across the board. Try asking for a reship. Trrc will reship for a small feeeee

    1. It could be a coincidence, but the police invited me for a coffee. I think that fake Kratom had had such a pungent smell that the courier guy opened it and handed it over to the police. I could not remember having ordered anything else. In a perfect world, they would finally have found my lost home chemistry order. Still, I already see myself explaining that the products were inactive anyway and can not be covered by the psychoactive substances act. I will ask them to test the fake 2-FDCK to prove that I am innocent. 😁

  3. Hello, what happened to the 2×50 EU store credit that we could win for therealrc.
You have deleted the post about it…

Also, until now my experience with TRC has been great. I wouldn’t understand why he would suddenly start selling crap.

    1. There will more store credits to win, don’t worry. The 2×50 lottery game was taken offline b/c I could not tell what was wrong with that recent order. Now, that the Kratom was isolated, I feel okay again. If you react strongly allergic to something that is on your desk you feel like hit by a bus. The winners of the lottery game will be announced today or tomorrow.

You are probably from the US or from Germany and too cheap to pay for quality products from, e.g., Rechemco. Well, I am not.

    1. Stick to the fresh stuff. The NEP “crystals” I believe to be four years old and not having been kept in a fridge. The A-PHP is from 11/2020, the DMC is even fresher. Those happened to be my test orders. The test order for the shop review was a potpourri of samples that I expected you to order b/c some of you might not know better.

To give an example: I order benzos with Smokeys b/c they never let you down and are good value. The benzos at TRC are too expensive for me and also too expensive for another test order, especially since that Etizolam shit show cost me 70 Euros; which is quite a lot for something that I won’t touch b/c it looks like it had died years ago, already.

I remember TRC benzo powders to be okay, but then again, I would automatically order stuff that I expect to be okay. Diclazepam – without having tried it – would be disappointing. Why? B/c not even Rechemco can offer it in acceptable quality.

  4. I placed an order late-February (like 250 euros), it arrived ~10 days later so early-April to USA. 2/3FMA both tested very well. No GCMS, just my subjective opinion based on extensive prior observations of reactions.

Placed another order, 1 or 2 days after the first order I just mentioned, so still very late february. Also about 250 euro. Have not received it yet.

Off topic, but I feel these last two paragraphs are relevant to the NL to US topic. I also did not receive a RareChems order placed around the same time as the two TRC orders mentioned above. This one I was less optimistic about, as their success rate to USA has been rather shitty since their alternative route fell through a few months ago.

I heard about the vendor bust involving PostNL intercepting packs, but I assumed that was an isolated incident involving just that one vendor. In hindsight I’m thinking perhaps the issue with USA customers not receiving packs has more to do with PostNL than customs. But this is just a hindsighted assumption. Honestly I would be happier with that hypothesis as opposed to receiving a lovely letter.

    1. There is NO SUCH THING AS A VENDOR BUST IN THE NETHERLANDS.
That is your US perspective. B/c American vendors are criminals.

In the Netherlands, you (usually) deal with regular companies. TRC offers an imprint. It’s real.

Until the 1a becomes reality, RC shops CANNOT be prosecuted for shipping whatever to other countries. Thing is, that change in legislation to come is more than just banning substances.

      **EDIT

My 2 orders were placed around MID MARCH, not February. Delivery time window: ~10 days to US after order shipped. Only received 1 of the 2 orders. Also did not receive the rarechems order from around the same time.

P.S. thank you for clarifying the postNL bit I mentioned.

    1. I believe they’ve been exit scamming us customers since They announced they’ll stop shipping. I’ve placed an order, and “reship” two months from the original order. I have yet to see any us customer recieve an order from them in months

      1. No, don’t think so. In fact, I am trying to prove that in Europe, courier guys steal parcels. Alex always ships. Scamming – especially since they are a registered company and not anonymous – is an American thing. People in Europe do not steal.

        WHY?

1 gram of Etizolam is worth 4 USD.
They sell it for 80 USD.

Now tell me that scamming was a business model?
        Only US retards think so.

              1. There will always be few idiots everywhere.

Nonetheless, people in Europe would usually be ashamed of being a thief. In the US (I am not saying the whole country, but there seems to be a tendency), people think of themselves as clever for getting away with theft. According to a cybercrime scientist, stealing from Americans is almost the perfect crime: Victims feel ashamed and have little faith in LE. So the crime remains invisible. This will change now that the FBI started campaigning against scammers/cybercrime; we will see.

I don’t know about the UK, but except for a city in Sweden (no idea what went wrong there, the result is a ghetto full of criminals) and few Eastern European countries like Bulgaria, there is no such thing as stealing from each other, robbing people.

There is this cliche of Polish people stealing cars in Germany. Don’t quote me on that, but I think this used to be a problem before Poland became a member of the European Union and today only exists as a running gag.

Stealing still is a thing among homeless people, also in Central Europe. They tackle this problem by either offering homeless people an income (Austria) or making homelessness illegal (Hungary). Believe it or not, both ideas seem to work. ;-D

The question is: Why would I steal from others? Because I am starving => social welfare. Because I see others as enemies => European Union. Because I can get away with it => high taxes, strong governments. The latter includes raising awareness. Police would offer to visit you and check your house for “vulnerabilities.” Since that dude was here and explained for an hour or two how easy it would be to break open a window, I don’t sleep as well as I used to, but I always lock the door and close the windows before I leave.

The last robbery I remember dates back 25 years. A guy stole two elder ladies’ purses because he needed money for his cocaine addiction. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
