Alpha-Outlet is a shop identity of one of the bigger Dutch vendors. I have not heard any positive feedback since they rebranded. Yet, they used to deliver a top product. Shippping is only possible to a few countries these days and may take longer than usual. No scam complaints either.
If you are utterly nervous, then maybe try on of the more casual vendors. This is a rather special shop with a unique products which is fun but your politicians don’t want you to receive fun products. They want to you to waste your money on garbare.
